In order to complete your registration, you should pay registration fee as detailed below:

  • Accommodation in standard room (will share room with someone else) for 4 night
  • All Inclusive hotel concept

  • Participation documents
  • Welcome Cocktail
  • Turkish Nights
  • Gala dinner

•  If someone prefers a single room extra € 25 (per night) will be charged.
•  If someone prefers extra night(s) (more than 4 nights) extra € 50 (per night) for standard room will be charged.
•  If someone prefers NOT to accommodate at the hotel for some night(s) OR throughout the conference, A discount of  € 25 (per night) from the total fee  (shown in table) will be applied
• 0-6 years old children are FREE (with parents) and %50 discount will be applied for 6-12 years old children.
• %50 (of paid value) can be Refunded until 1 July 2018 -- %25 (of paid value) can be Refunded until 15 July 2018 ---- No refund is possible after 15 July 2018.  (Refunds will be processed after the congress)
• You will get all information about payment etc .. on acceptance letter.
